The training of the student massage practitioner regarding the complementary and alternative health care being provided for training consists of the following obtained from MN School of Massage Technique I. Reiki Energy Therapy as a Certified Reiki Energy Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho order, for healing practice, personal development, spiritual discipline and mystic order.  Core training consists of 108 hours of massage and Reiki training.  Core training consists of Anatomy/ Physiology, Massage Technique I (Swedish Massage), First Aid, as well as the completion of the energetic and physical class of Reiki First Degree.

The State of Minnesota has not adopted any educational and training standards

for unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioners.
